5. SMS (text message) program terms

Program name and description

The program is called Limitless Contractor Marketing SMS. It is run by QSR Contracting Inc. (DBA Limitless Contractor Marketing), a marketing company for home-improvement and home-service contractors. We use it to send text messages to people who contact us and agree to receive texts, such as contractors and business owners who ask about our services. Our texts come from +1 (346) 608-0691. Message types

There are two types of messages, and you agree to each one separately:

• Informational or transactional messages: replies to inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service and account updates.
• Promotional messages: occasional promotional messages and resources, such as special offers, discounts, and service updates.

How you opt in

You join the program through the chat window on this website, which appears on every page. The chat window asks for your name, your phone number, and a message, and shows two separate boxes, one for informational or transactional messages and one for promotional messages, each with its own wording. Neither box is pre-checked, both are optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Informational or transactional messages depend on your inquiry, appointments, and account, and promotional messages are occasional.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. This covers messages we send to you and messages you send to us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to opt out

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT, or ask us by phone or email. After you send STOP, we will send you one text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in again in the chat window the way you did the first time, and we will start sending text messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to the program
