3. SMS (text message) communications
QSR Contracting Inc. (DBA Limitless Contractor Marketing) runs the Limitless Contractor Marketing SMS program. This section explains how we handle mobile information and text message consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How you opt in. The chat window on our website asks for your name, your phone number, and a message, and has two separate SMS consent boxes: one for informational or transactional texts and one for promotional texts. Neither box is pre-checked, both are optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. The exact wording of each box appears next to it in the chat window.
What we send. If you check the box for informational or transactional texts, we may text you replies to inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service and account updates. If you check the box for promotional texts, we may also send occasional promotional messages and resources, such as special offers, discounts, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT, or ask us by phone or email. We will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in again.

4. Website chat
Our website chat asks for your name, your phone number, and a message, and lets you ask questions and request a call back. Replies to your message may come from an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence (AI), and a member of our team may join or follow up. We collect what you type in the chat and any contact details you share, and we use them to answer you and follow up on your request. We only send you text messages if you agreed to receive them: the chat window is where you can choose to, as described in Section 3. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal requirements, and to resolve disputes. We keep records of text message consent and opt-out requests for at least four years.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access for our team. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

- stop text messages at any time by replying STOP;
- unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email;
