2. Messages you can choose
There are two types of messages. Each one has its own box in the chat window, so you can choose one, both, or neither.
Informational or transactional messages
Replies to inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service and account updates. We send these only if you check the box for informational or transactional messages.
Promotional messages
Occasional promotional messages and resources, such as special offers, discounts, and service updates. We send these only if you check the box for promotional messages.
3. How to opt in
You opt in through the chat window, which appears on every page of this site. Open it with the chat button in the corner of the screen. The chat window asks for your name, your phone number, and a message. Below those fields, two separate boxes let you choose which messages you want: one for informational or transactional messages and one for promotional messages. Neither box is pre-checked, and both are optional: you can chat with us without checking either one. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The exact wording of each box appears next to it in the chat window. If you would rather not use the chat, our Contact page lists our phone number, email, and address.
4. Your confirmation text
Right after you opt in, and before any other message, we send you this text to confirm it:

5. How to opt out
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT, or ask us to stop by phone at +1 (346) 608-0691 or by email at info
After you reply STOP, we send you one text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive any more text messages from us.
To rejoin, opt in again in the chat window the way you did the first time, and we will start sending text messages to you again.

Message frequency varies. Informational or transactional messages depend on your inquiry, appointments, and account, and promotional messages are occasional.
